Free postage in UK

We offer free postage to our UK customers. Overseas postage is charged at the actual cost of mailing the item to you, and we can quote this before processing your order.

Delivery Times

Our aim is to have every item on our website in stock, and send off to you within a maximum of three days from the receipt of your order. Items are sent first class mail or 48 hour Parcelforce, depending on the size.

If we are unable to send out immediately for any reason, we will inform you upon receipt of your order and give you a realistic delivery date, and the opportunity to cancel your order if we cannot meet your deadline. If an item is out of stock and we do not know when we will receive it back into stock, we will put a note to this effect by the item, and ask you to check with us before ordering.

If the office is closed due to holidays, the website will send you an immediate message, detailing the period when orders will not be processed.
